Bidrage med feedbackStopped here at about 8:15pm on 4/28 while driving down the insterstate for 13 hours. Called 3 times on the way to place my order and it went to the voicemail is not set up. Showed up and the open sign was off but I saw them in there making food so I went in and placed my order the guy and girl in the blue shirts were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I called 3 times while standing there and watched all 3 of them ignore the phone ringing. I showed my phone to the woman in the red shirt and asked her to confirm that was the phone number and she said if was. I told her I had called 6 times by now and she responded we didn 't hear it . I asked the other employee if they heard it and they said they dont answer phones after 8 so they can do their closing duties. I asked about the sign they said well its been on all day it must be broken. Wasted my time and I 'm sure I 'm not alone. Feel bad for the locals I 'll just stick to my Jersey locations from now on. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. All of the employees seemed as if they were over worked and didn't want to be there. Probably won't return here.
My only feedback is staff should consider changing their gloves after handling jalapeños. The next sandwich may catch some of that heat... I had 7 items made perfectly with 1 of the first sandwiches having jalapeños. Parking: Located in a small strip mall. So there plenty of spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: The door seems wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.
My wife and I like to split a large sub. I was ordering one and asked the individual making the sandwich to do one half of sandwich with American cheese and one half with provolone. He told me that was against their company policy and couldn't. This would cost them $0 extra to make a customer happy. Corporate greed at its finest. Firehouse subs is right across the street from this location. I'll make sure to visit them as often as possible.
