Shoney's - Gadsden

Thank you. Shoney is always the veterans at Veterans Day with a free meal in honor! The best breakfast I've had for a long time!

I had really high hopes and was so excited to take my daughter there after a doc term, but it was simply not in place and I felt that the price for the quality of food and the atmosphere was far too high. The chairs were all broken and the floor was disgusting sticky. The food was okay, but for the price I would like more choices. The perpetrator wedges were amazing!

The service at the restaurant was excellent. However, the food was a different story. The eggs were overcooked, the cookies were extremely dry, the bacon was stuck together, and the sausage was burnt. This is my first negative experience at a restaurant.

My husband and I enjoyed breakfast this past Sunday morning and their was only one server and she was doing amazing to keep up with everyone. She let us know she was by herself, but I would have never noticed with the way she kept up with everything. We ate at the breakfast bar and the bar was full and the food was hot! We will definitely be back again really soon.

Great staff, great food, clean and neat. We love going there in Gadsden!
