Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Great service restaurant immaculate. Waitress very nice and polite. Her name was Shannon. The reason for the 4 stars. They told me they can't serve Thousand Island for French dressing. Wake up. Most older people don't like Ranch, Blue Cheese or Italian.

Ordered Hamburger Steak, medium, was well done. The boss has to read the waiter order before he ruins two really nice dinners. Okra was delicious and hot, potato-casserole also delicious. The waitress was great. Be careful to get food. Checkout was a disaster! There were TEN customers in front of me. It took too long to look.

We had a good lunch. Look around the face and do a little shopping done te wait to get our table doesn't seem long. We came to lunch and it was busy. Even so our waiting was not much more than 10 minutes on Saturday. Good South Food great options for children and at great prices. Love the possibility of all day breakfast. Personal preference, but not like the grain bread, but loved the cookies and swallowed more than one!

I have never written a bad review or rated every restaurant so badly. Monday morning, not on weekends. It wasn't terrible. Coffee and juice came pretty fast. The orange juice was watery with ice crystals. The service was slow. Server spent over 10 minutes chat with the table next to us. Meanwhile there was a table of 8 waiting for breakfast. Apparently, they had a problem with some of the orders that only delayed our order. 20 minutes later. When it finally came. The eggs were good. The cookies were good. The sausage was burned and dry. The pancakes had a fat coating. The Griss were lumpy and lukewarm. Bad food. Bad service. Never again!

It took me over an hour to get my Togo order during a very slow night. I had to ask repeatedly for an update. When receiving it I was informed that they had no mash potatoes, no loaded baked potatoes, so I ordered French fries. My hamburger steak was too salty not sure if it was the gravy or steak, but all I could taste was salt, every bite. The French fries were hard and very old, but I was told that they were being dropped. I even questioned them coming out so soon, but was told that they were freshly cooked. The turnip greens were more meat than greens disgusting). To top it all off I was given biscuits with this meal, instead of corn bread. No thought was put into anything. I experienced a horrible dinner that I waited entirely too long for. SMH
