The worker's in the evening are very rude. They maybe understaffed but the way they talk to their customer's and the delivery driver's is so unprofessional. They have very long wait times. They do not confirm the orders for delivery they just called out the name so anyone could take it. I normally don't do online reviews for negativity, but this needs to be looked into by upper mgmnt.

Upon arrival there were only 2 employees and we were told their systems were down and they could only take online orders, which was ok we just made an online order and waited. After 15 minutes we got our food which ended up to be crunchy wings and dark brown fries like they were cooked in very old oil, nasty. I would go to slim chickens or Buffalo Wild Wings if you want wings.

Paid over 50 dollars for two 20 piece wings that were bland wings barely tasted any lemon pepper and they gave me way more drumsticks than flats way over priced never ever going back don't waste your money folks

These employees are doing THEIR BEST, bless them! They were so overloaded on a Friday night, and the restaurant was full of mostly very rude customers and DoorDash drivers, but they were running the store with 3 people. The manager was obviously doing everything she could given the situation! The wait was a bit longer than I expected but the food was great and kindness is free!

The cashier was insanely rude I was taken back by her response when trying to order. The kitchen looked extremely unsanitary so I left.
