Bidrage med feedbackWell, we came in and 1 gal was making all the customers subs and one was just standing at the register. Madi continued making everybody 's subs and usually, 1 person starts the sub and the 2nd person picks up where the other left off, but no. Shortly after Madi started our subs, Alaynah disappeared into the back and left Madi to have to make all the subs as well as switch over the Cherry Coke for us because it was just carbonated water. She was doing everything without skipping a beat. Very impressive and it was around supper time, but not terribly busy, but a steady flow, enough so that Madi could 've definitely used a hand. After quite some time, Alaynah finally emerged from the back. I walked up to the counter when no other customers were there and told Alaynah that I wanted to talk to the other girl because at that time, I didn 't know either of their names. I very quietly asked Madi to write down her name and the other girls name. Plus, I thought she should get paid more because of all the work she was doing by herself. We heard no noises coming from the back, clanging pans, trays, etc., so we really can 't say what was going on in the back, but we feel that Madi was doing more than her fair share. Most Subway employees make you feel rushed to pick what you want. Miss Madi was cool as a cucumber and sweet as can be. We really recognize her dedication and we can only guess what Alaynah was doing, but she could 've at least checked how things were going. I hope Madi is there next time we stop in. We really appreciate her dedication to Subway 's customers. Thank you.
Food is the usual, damn dining area is STILL so COLD!
It's still so damn cold in all of the stores. The server cut the bread in 1/2 and set the larger 1/2 to the side. I requested the bigger one and she did give it to me. She proceeded to make my sub (ham, turkey, Provolone and American on white). I requested bacon and she just threw it on my sub. When I asked about putting it in the microwave, she said I wanted it toasted. Never do I have them toasted, so that was never even mentioned. She continued to make my sub and it was if the bacon had never been in the microwave. She was very stingy on the toppings. My fiance has his toasted, but this time, you couldn't even tell. The cheese wasn't even melted. She also only went across once with the mayo. As we ate them, it was like eating bread, plain. We paid over $18 for this? Very disappointing. It's usually not this bad.
I really used to love subway but the quality and quantity has gone down while the price continues to rise. This location only accepts coupons if you 're getting the worst lunch meat sandwiches. It 's apparently store policy . Meanwhile Arthur 's is a bit more expensive, but you actually get what you pay for and their food is amazing. Whoever owns this subway location really should reevaluate what is more important. More money or customers that are satisfied with their food.
I went there right after getting my first tennis game and it was a nice place to go to.
