Too expensive for coffee that tastes burnt! Too expensive for coffee period!

Stopped by for a mobile pickup order as this was the closest Starbucks to me. I 'll probably make the drive to a physical location rather than this one in the future. I ordered a hazelnut shaken expresso for me and a pink drink for the husband. The expresso did not taste super like a hazelnut flavor, but I could definitely taste the expresso so I was satisfied. The pink drink did not look pink at all, had no strawberries in it, and I honestly thought it was just coconut milk. Now I do not go to Starbucks very often so I wasn 't willing to question the barista about my drink, and I 'm not the type of person to speak up and say 'hey somethings wrong '. I 'll just take what you give me and write a review on it later they probably just ran out of whatever the pink drink is made out of, but I think it 's up to the staff to explain hey I can 't make this drink but would you mind this substitution? That would be much more appreciated rather then serving something subpar.

Never on time with ordering ahead and usually delayed by 10-15 mins esp with shift change. Constantly runs out of syrups and the kids that work there do not have the greatest common sense, I just went in 10 mins after the order said it was ready and the lady said they were out of vents cups and said there system was down so they can not cancel or update. Left with two hot smalls with 6 ounces less. Will not be going back, will go to towers and drive the extra mileage!

Waited 5+ minutes for her to acknowledge me, she was talking to a coworker the entire time.

Convenient location so you can grab coffee after a grocery trip, but sometimes the drinks are a little off from what you'd get at a standalone Starbucks.
