We’ve had lovely meals in the last weeks, lovely safe setting, nice helpful staff, plenty of room, dog friendly which is a bonus, although drinks are quite expensive it’s worth it, recommend the beef Wellington, lamb kofta the steak sandwich, too full for a desert, there is a lovely outside space, if it’s a nice dayWould highly recommend, will visit again very soon

Interior is lovely, very homely. Good variety on the menu, something for everyone. Portion sizes are fair. The onion and thyme soup was absolutely amazing! Nice amount of time between courses. Friendly staff. Would recommend the chicken schnitzel really tender and moist. Definitely a nice place for a family meal.

Not happy with service no smiles and seemed to look down upon us ! I also asked for some sugar and the barmaid seemed annoyed with me asking for it It's a pub NOT a restaurant
