L' Incanto - Furore

L’incanto was recommended by our landlady. Disappointingly, this is a tourist rip off please. The waiters are quite aggressive, especially when they consider you’re not ordering enough and frankly speaking very rude when we refused the desert for instance. And guess what, as a cherry on the sundae, the payment terminal was supponsingly out of order obliging us to pay cash. There were plenty of tourists in the place, and I saw how hidden orders were placed. It’s a shame, because this is not Italy. We are here for a week and despite this being walking distance, we will not set a foot again. 2 stars as the food was OKish and I want this to be a fair advice.

After driving past this place we felt we had to go the view and ambience look amazing from afar. Unfortunately we went at night so couldn’t enjoy the view; the ambience was ruined by staff that seemed stoned (one definitely was, the others were a bit dazed). The food was bland at best and very overpriced for what it was. I could’ve cooked a better meal myself at home. We were able to pay by card but others were being told cash only. Completely overpriced for what it was.

Lunch was ok. Views were amazing. House wine and pasta were tasty. Service was average. The one things I didn't like was that we were charged more for our calamari and they claimed that they were changing the menu prices. Unfortunately, the right thing to do was to honor the price that was listed in the menu but they decided to show us a menu with scratched out pricing and hand written numbers. Didn't like that. Other than that everything was good.

My experience was fabulous. we loved the pizza and the staff was excellent. Thank you. carmine we recommend this restaurant safe
