They forget part of the order probably 20% of the time and fairly frequently skimp you on portion sizes

All items were thrown into one bag together, including chips and all entrees- no separate containers for entrees. No containers at all like we apos;ve previously received...quesadillas just wrapped in tin foil everything in one bag with broken chips. Did not receive the kid apos;s drink or cookie. 3rd time in a row only a kids quesadilla has shown up, which really disappointed our child.

The chips are always over cooked. I appreciate their free but that doesn’t mean it’s ok for them to be bad.
