Señor Panchos - Funny River

Señor Panchos is a solid 4-star Mexican restaurant. Food is served hot and delicious, and a full bar is available. The salsa 'bar ' is great. I usually judge a Mexican restaurant by its ability to serve a good Chile Relleno, and this place does not disappoint (although sometimes the egg wash is too heavy . This place is always seat yourself, the wait staff brings warm tortilla chips and you get your own salsa (mild, hot, and dang! sour cream, onions, cilantro, etc.We recently returned to Alaska from the Phoenix area and Señor Panhcos could hold its own against just about any little Mexican place in southern Arizona. If you 're hungry in Soldotna, it 's worth a visit.

Recommendation that lived up to the billing. Very crowded but handled very well. Wide variety of salsas at the 'U serve bar, that are fresh, but the hot is very. We shared the mixed fajita, tasty, nicely done and flavored. Finished leftovers for breakfast. Clean and friendly.

The Alaska Galley Wench says it's the best restaurants in Alaska. Food has lots of flavor and the portions are generous. Best margaritas and giant beers. I'm proud of Senior Ponchos.Vegetarian options: Spinach enchiladas are awesome.Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices
