J Wings - Fultondale

There must be some new cooks at the Fultondale location. Ok, they have switched from normal size wings to baby chick wings. You have to order a 20 piece in order to get the feel of a 10 piece. The cooks once understood what “fried crispy” meant but not anymore. Wings were soft soggy. Paid $1.50 extra for Cajun ranch fries but there was hardly any ranch so I had to ask for extra. Less service but more price. I tried 3 different times before making this post but nothing has changed. Dang! Now I got to give J-Wings a break. Will not be back for a while. Mr. J. Fix it, please!!!

Wings were what I expected! The cashier greeted me upon entry and made me feel welcome thanks ma’am
