Smoked pulled boar was amazing, and beeping baked. bands were also really good. great food and great service. we also had our dog with us and we could bring them and eat them and the staff took care of them well. a perfect meal to finish our journey!

The ribs and the brisket were delicious! cooked to perfection. we were here 4 years ago and were disappointed that the doggie menu was set. also the cabbage in the cole. Slav was old and brown, but another disappointment. at last the okra was excellent!

When this place first opened, it was great, they always had a good selection of fresh local meat at a fair price from the Metzger counter. since the end of their selection has become very slim and the quality of the desire has become questionable. the last time I was there, I bought a family package of blacksteaks from the non-frozen counter. when I came home to prepare the meat, I quickly noticed a strong sulfur odour out of meat when I opened the package, I wanted to believe that this was only the vacuum packaging, as the package date indicated that the meat was only 4 days old and looked good, but as soon as I removed the steaks, I noticed that the vermin was very slim and sticky that I found the odor was completely dry. for safety when in doubt throw it out, especially when it comes to pork. I had to make the hard call to throw the steaks when I wanted to feed a family! this was not the first time I got questionable meat from this metzger. if they intend to buy here, they should be sure that they use good originals. it is better to be careful, then get food poisoning or worst put a family member in the hospital!

Was just a waitress. She did everything she could. okra was over boiled and roll was old tasting. meat was great. the black steak ordered.
