Great food and service. Only complaint was that music was a bit too loud.

The service was very slow and terrible. They brought out the meals for the two of us at separate times. And the one meal that was slow was not what we ordered and the waitress asked us if we wanted it anyway instead of what we ordered???? Really? So we waited for the second meal to come out. That was now an hour we had been in there. We had to ask, (they didnt offer) to have the slow meal taken off the bill due to the terrible service as described. Would not recommend this place.

Always enjoy going to saltgrass. We have never had a bad experience

Having had reservations for over a week, I was surprised that we were seated at a very small table for two and there were four of us! We had no room on the table, so here for we didn’t order what we would have liked. We were also seated in the middle of the room directly in front of the kitchen doors where waiters were lifting treys over my head to get by. If that wasn’t bad enough, we ordered simple things off. The menus had to be the driest hamburgers and Saugus fries I’ve had anywhere. This was very upsetting especially for Christmas dinner.

We went to the restaurant on Christmas Day. I realized that’s a terrible day for the wait staff, the cooks, and the whole crew. But I have to say the team at saltgrass did a remarkable job. We were greeted with joy with cheer and with high spirits. Everyone was friendly helpful and open to receive us. There were some delays getting our orders resolved, likely due to under staff in the kitchen. I’m sure they were short some workers given that this was again Christmas day. But overall it was a wonderful experience. As I was leaving, I thought to myself if there is anyone who came this day to enjoy Christmas at a fine restaurant, and did not tip their server, shame on them.
