Pablo's Pizza - Fruita

Excellent food and service. Very creative menu. Fruita location very accommodating when coming late after riding to pick up pizza before closing.

Pretty darn good. Crust could be a little more crispy. Picked it up at the Fruita location, so really no service was required by the wait staff. However there was the gratuity request upon payment at the register. For what, handing me my pizza?

Got a couple salads and the La Cucaracha delivered and all was so good! Pizza was still hot and super unique!

Good dough. Tasty even though I didn't get any cheese (I'm plant-based). Not greasy which is great. Could have used a bit more flavor and more toppings for the price but I enjoyed it. The personal sized was too small if that's the only thing you are eating, although maybe it would be more filling if it had cheese and meat. The veggies alone weren't enough. There aren't many plant based/vegan options in town so I'd go back if I am ever in fruita again.
