Bidrage med feedbackOrdered take away yesterday. Staff were decent, but not very friendly. Portion sizes I feel like have gotten so small. I’ve never had an issue with their food in the past, but both my husband and I got food poisoning from eating there this go around.
We traveled from Winchester to front Royal specifically to eat at panda express. As soon as we walked in, we headed straight to go order and the man at the grill, working the walk suddenly turned towards my husband and started giving him a stare. That was so hard and intent, no matter what we said to him he completely kept staring, with no regard to how it made us feel and it was super weird. The lady who was helping us made excuses for his behavior and said oh he’s just staring, which was even more weird because she said to me that he was having a bad day. So we tried to continue finishing our order, when I went to tell my husband, make sure you ask for the managers name when we leave and I whispered it into his ear, the lady at the counter got offended, and said that if we didn’t like the service, or if there was a problem and we said yeah we told you what the problem was because they never acknowledge that it was being done first of all second of all. The lady got attitude after that and next, so you know she’s telling us she’s not serving us and trying to basically shove us out the door And my daughter was so hungry and started crying. It was the worst experience of my life ever going into a restaurant and having this kind of environment let alone customer service personally I think those two need to be reprimanded for their behavior. I my husband spoke with the manager. as soon as we walked out and the manager was appalled by their behavior and told us that we were allowed to go back in and continue our order, which was really uncomfortable at that point, but thankfully they ordered the lady at the counter, to go to the back room, and not say a word to us by then grill guy was trying to apologize and make excuses for him staring intently at my husband. We still don’t know why he was staring so hard or what his problem was that is not our issue and it shouldn’t have been delta upon us like this. We will never go back to this panda express again and I was, completely satisfied with the service!!!
Very fast service. All the food is premade that you can pick from. I prefer normal Chinese food places instead of the fast food version, but my mom loves this place.Parking: Limited spaces in a tight area. Major pain to back out of their parking spots. If there is any spots open that is.
The sign inside reads American Chinese Quisine. That it is, so don 't look for authentic Chinese food. To me, everything was too sweet, hiding the veggie and meat flavors. But it was fast, inexpensive, and filling. Typical American cuisine. The staff was accommodating. This is not a buffet. Pick your main entrée and side. There is not a lot of vegan choice, just the sides. Dishes were beef, chicken, or shrimp based. Perhaps tables need to be cleaned more often as most are large and you may share a table with others. If you want fast, cheap, and filling, it 's a good place.Vegetarian options: Chow mein, fried rice.
Ok food. Dirty cluttered dining room. Incredibly insulting staff.I just wanted to ask for chopsticks. I ask the gentleman at the counter three times and felt I was being ignored. Third time I said more loudly “sir! Do you have chopsticks?” He looks me dead in the and speaks to me as if I’m a child saying “you say “excuse me” do you have chopsticks”Benefit of the doubt, he genuinely didn’t hear me ask him the first two times (when I did say excuse me, and it was busy so I was asking between customers) and stood up for himself because he thought I was rude, but I walked away incredibly insulted and angry just trying to get him to hand me chopsticks
