Jersey Mike's Subs - Frisco

We always order online for pick up and the sandwiches never disappoint. There was a bread mix up one day and I called to ask for the new bun, Leo insisted that they make me a new sandwich on the house. Customer service was above and beyond and it was during a busy Saturday. We will be back!Food: 5/5

What can I say about this Jersey Mike's location. Zack and Concho have exceptional customer service skills. Our office Keene Luxury Travel is right behind this location and we eat here almost everyday. I always get my bread hollowed out. Went here today walking in the rain with my co-worker to get Jersey Mike's, I said I forgot to tell you to hollow out my bread but Zack already knew and did it without telling him. They always go the extra mile not just with us but when in line treat all customers the same, and I have to say the music they play I love it.Best Regards, Penny Stafford and Hunter Scheer

I'm Sicilian, and whenever I crave an Italian sandwhich I come here and always get a #5 on rosemary parmesam bread with pepper relish and pickles! Never bothered with any other sub, no need. You can't go wrong here, especially this location! Some other locations skimp on meat and veggies, they are always consistent here, and I been going since they opened!! Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else for a quick italian sub anymore.
