Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely fabulous pizza! I have the paulie gee, the hot sopresatta, caliber pfeffer, carmelized wobbles and hot honey on it with house made fresh mozzarella! one of the top 3 pizzas I've ever had in my life. my wife had the procuitto and Arugula pizza she loved, and we share a home salad that was also delicious.
A pizza ordered and delivered. the totality of the crust sections of the upper side was completely burned. this pizza was of burnt coal. I called the load. they offered to do another one if I wanted to pick him up. the purpose of delivery was not to pick up pizza. I also spoke to the regional manager who visited the place when I called. he took my email address and said he would coupons me or something, but that has not happened yet. Of course, this pizza was completely unusable (unless you could lick a dirty ast) this pizza should never have gone first to a customer. quality control and basic care/respect for customers is clearly not existent here. cordial gratitude, cane rosso, they have taken my money and have overcome me this time. I will never encourage others here to avoid their place. *Edit: the gm and corporate hospitality director both achieved after the review was released to apologize and make the problem right. I was told that the restaurant was considered an educational moment that they were friendly enough to send me a gift card. I appreciate their care and will give this location brand another shot.
Cane russell is an upscale casual mostly pizza restaurant in a trendy part of the growing Frisco area around the Cowboys practice centre. we had an excellent calamari as an appetizer. it was slightly baked, crisp and fried perfectly accompanied by a slightly sweet and spicy marinara sauce with san marzano tomaten. the calamari alone would be worth a trip. the pizza is a few individual cakes in a wood fired grill, in a genuine Neapolitan style. I personally find this style of pizza a little bland, but fans of classic margarita will probably be very happy with the offer here. the service was respectable of what they would expect in a raised casual eating. Overall, I would say that this is an okay to slightly above average pizza experience.
The new waiter forgot to bring a beer for our table and also forgot to take my pizza order. He had a supervisor with him, so it was puzzling why these mistakes were made.
We love this pizza place, but we had never tried their brunch menu before. We were pleasantly surprised. The El Jefe biscuit was a delightful mix of a flaky biscuit, a generous serving of savory ham, and a perfectly cooked egg. The bodega pizza was a fantastic blend of all the things that make Cane Rosso's pizza outstanding, including spinach artichoke spread, scrambled egg, and a special touch of an everything bagel crust.
