Auberge de l'Hôtel de Ville - Fribourg

I ate here as part of a group. the menu had been arranged before. it was very disappointing. the suppe was tasteless. the roasted bark was as hard as leather and the sauce was industrial, which went well with the instantmaic potatoes. only the carrots tasted good, but cooked over. the dessert was a sweat. the dishes of the double cream were placed along the table and we were served two medailles directly from a package that was probably bought at prodega. no fruit, no color, no fantasy. I didn't drink any alcohol and still paid chf 40.00 for a terrible fraudulent lunch. I'm sure the management will say it was our fault: they ate later they chose the wrong menu. I'm sure dinner for two, eating venison would be good here. but why are the standards so low for a group trip?

Eating is ok, but not top the price is cheap, but the worst is the boss. not sympathetic and forget about smiling or the simple chat. no chance. for the same price try to eat better and a nice service try the restaurant...du sauvage a few meters over.

Avec le passeport gourmand nous avons fait une belle découverte. La viande était très bonne et le dessert excellent. Le personnel sympathique et l'endroit accueillant. A refaire

Arrivee un peu tardive 13h10 super aceuil en plus on savait exactement ce que l on voulait manger cassolette d escargots 6 pces Et casserole entrecôte de bœuf tranchées servi Avec une sauce tiède sur un réchaud tout etait super qualité de la viande service Et un super dessert à la mandarine servi sur une tuile on y reviendra

Excellent et très bon accueil, PARFAIT pour les enfants, avec un petit espace de jeux juste pour eux
