Helen's Gourmet Chinese Food - Fresno

I just have food for dinner, broccoli and beef with chow my noodles and kung pao chicken. The Chow main was salty beyond ecles and the beef tasted like corn starch, bare like rubber and made a bad feeling in your mouth. I'll never order from here again. Not recommended.

Tell me why I paid $33 to have Chicken Fried Rice and Hot and Sour soup - the food comes here and there is no chicken fried rice and instead a box of salad with some chicken upstairs. In addition, have you accused me of extra fried noodles for soup and threw a pinch of noodles into a TIN FOIL and charged me extra money for it? What the hell is going on with this place? It's 9:00 and I? Never again.

My husband and I were looking for a good tasting of Chinese food, we found it here! Flavorful and delicious. Not disappointed

Tonight at Helen? Gourmet. The food was good, but the service was missing. Before the house team member was overwhelmed to go orders and sit the 4 tables. No music overhead allowed us to hear all the swears on the ordering system alarms and haste irritations. They were very short staff, 1 front and 2 cooking. Had to ask for Utensils after the first duck came. Flavors were delicious. The chicken salad was great and the tangent beef was fabulous. Waiting time for us was not bad, and service for most part was on time.

Food was good not great. They need a better cook.....used to be great food. ALL chairs and I mean ALL need to be replaced or have the cushions replaced. They dip in the middle with no more cushion. Don't bring in large groups here. The waitress was all confused.
