Carl's Jr. - Fresno

I wasn't sure if the restaurant was open, but I decided to try the drive-thru. To my surprise, the lights were off at 9pm on a Friday night. Despite this, I managed to make it to the window where I saw someone picking up their order. It was a very disappointing experience.

Half of the time or 75% of the time they lock their doors at 8:00 at night when the sign say they closed their doors at 10:00 p.m. the staff seem like they don't take their job that serious they're only two staff members I'll wait in today and they werevery rude they were out of Cherry Coke you think they will put a sign out there or something hell I'm afraid to even might havespit in my food they don't seem like they know what they're doing hopefully they get a good management team going over there atnight until then I'm not coming back

I'm sorry to say that this review will not be a positive one. I typically try to be kind in my reviews, but there are times when honesty is necessary. The poor quality of this Carl's Jr in Fresno is not the fault of the hardworking crew members, but rather the responsibility of the general manager or franchise owner. As the saying goes, "The fish rots from the head down." Every time my wife and I visit, there is always an issue - whether it be missing items, broken equipment, or constant excuses. If the district manager does not address these issues, perhaps the regional manager should reconsider their position. I apologize for the criticism, but sometimes the truth needs to be spoken.

Update: The manager called me today and apologized for the incident with her staff. She was very sweet and did not make me feel dumb for calling. She mentioned that additional training will be provided to her staff. She takes pride in her store and has changed my perspective on their customer service.

Came up to the drivethru at 8:55 on a Friday night. They said they weren 't taking orders because they were cleaning the grill . What 's the point of being open if you 're not going to serve at random times? Do I have to call ahead and make reservations?
