Applebee's - Fresno

Last night we found this great place we didn't know yet. we enjoyed a beautiful evening with first class dressed and a nice team and an impressive chef. we put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will visit again soon. we recommend them very much.

We had a great time, happy hour was in full effect, we had the 2 for $27 meal, delicious food, we watched football my youngest daughter even made a friend. Our waitress Lynn was the best!

Rated this Applebee's a 4 star. Our server was awesome. She was very patient with us because we had two kids that didn't know what they want to eat. She came back to check on us frequently. Ask us if any refills was needed. Only reason it wasn't a five star for me is because we came in for happy hour and our server told us we had to be seated in the bar area. We had kids so I didn't want that. Happy hour should be entire restaurant and not just bar area.

The restaurant was moderately busy but waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong was the food. Menus are kinda confusing but with help from waitress it was taken care of. I ordered a small steak meal they came with baked potato. Steak was not the way I ordered it and the potato came with no toppings and I had told her to load it up! That was finally taken care of. This trip to Applebees was a exception rather than the rule so I was somewhat disappointed !

We arrived waiting for a table and no one ever came to help, the waitress didn’t seem to care that we were waiting for order and by the time it arrived (1hr later) we weren’t hungry no more. The only person that did the most was the bartender (Amanda) who came to help us and give us drinks while the waitress just stood there. Then we couldn’t leave because there was no waiter to take our order and the self check out machine had been turned off. Terrible place won’t come back to this Applebee’s again.
