The Mexicuban Food Truck - Fremont

I work at SF outlets and this truck is by far the best food option out here. The quesadilla was the bomb I hope they return!

Pork bowl; amazing flavor but a bit too fatty. Overall very good meals. I had a pork bowl, friend had sandwich and another had fried plantains. I have to say out of all of it those plantains were amazing.I definitely would try other parts of the menu especially more plantains.

Small but mighty! We've tried just about everything and I can honestly say it never fails to satisfy. My favorites are the bowls, because not only are they delicious but large enough to be dinner and tomorrow's lunch! Love the churros, they were added into our first order as a freebie and dammit, now I'm addicted. Can't speak to the ambiance I believe they are still just takeout, but appear to be close to opening their dining space. Go for it.

The food is good. But after you get your food and ask for your cans of soda, they open the cans for you. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT. Instead of slipping the cans into my pockets while I walked back to my seats carrying a clamshell and a plate, I had to very carefully cradle the food in the crook of my elbow while holding the sodas upright in my hands. They know we have to carry the food away. Why!?!?!?!?!?

THIS place was everything plus more. I ordered the Cubano sandwich with yuca fries and men. I wish I would have ordered a second serving. Everything was fresh to order and delicious. The flavors were so savery I still can taste them as I'm typing my review. Unexplained gold mind. Definitely place I'd recommend and eat at again. 14/10
