Le Dit Vin - Fréjus

If they serve very expensive warm muddy dips on fantasies of pretentious waiter, then this is the place for them. add that it is not enough waiter and they have the perfect storm of disappointment. we waited 75 minutes between. the first and second curs. too long when you are hungry. who is not hungry at 9 o'clock after a day at the beach?

We really enjoyed the dinner here in le dit vin, which was recommended by the owner of the apartment where we live in les issambres. we chose the menu for 39 euro and red wine. eating was very good and inventive, but the evening was pampered by slow service and ignored by the waiter. a few that came after us was there before us. at no point did the waiter try to interact with us. we waited 35 minutes before everything showed up. even a small brot on the table or a bowl olive would have been appreciated. I had to constantly ask for more water. When we were finished, we had to join a waiting queue to pay for the writing. he did not ask if we had enjoyed the meal. I wanted to tell him how good it was to eat, but not a matter. we were in the restaurant for over three hours. the music played too time and often stopped or was at such a small volume that it was simply irritating. disappointed that the restaurant did not stagger its bookings so that the waiter had time to actually talk to the customers. I said eating was excellent.

What a fabulous little restaurant, we arrived a bit early, but was warmly welcomed by a staff member and then greeted by the owner and shown on our table. we could not have felt welcome and any question we had about the menu was explained in detail. each dish was with my kidneys for the main take from the skala exquisite and all with a beautiful bottle white wine, supplemented after dinner alcohol. the owners are in front of the house, with his wife the chef and they can see how much proud they are in ensuring that everything is perfect. many thanks for a beautiful evening and look for her to see her again in a few weeks gary and liz

Our last visit was with friends, new year 2019. a beautiful, intimate restaurant, led by a very nice couple. great service, even better food, once again. my mönch (plat du jour) was absolutely fabulous. the duck of my partner was served a little to soon. how too rare. after a past it rests more and was in order. presentation, vegetables and sauces were excellent. cordial gratitude to the team, we will come back soon

This is a delightful little restaurant 9 tables) in the center of Aygulf right on the Med. The chef is excellent and the food well presentd. One word of caution: don't go to this restaurant if you are in a rush!! There is...only one waiter and you wait at least a half hour between courses. For a relaxed dinner it is perfect.
