Pizza Hut - Freeport

Worst service ever. I placed an online order and when my pizza didn't arrive I called and apparently the cook quit as soon as my order was in he apparently walked out. I could understand that things like that do happen but they had my number and they could of at least has the courtesy to call me instead of having me wait ?

Mercedes is one the greatest managers I've ever met and recommend her getting a raise. She's fast and respectful. I love the atmosphere in the hut, every time we talk she makes me smile and is very very courteous to me and the other customers around me. I love this pizza hut!!

So happy to have Pizza Hut here! Makes me hungry just saying the name

I brought my service dog with me and ordered wings for lunch today. They were fantastic—fast, hot, and incredibly fresh. The service was excellent too!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this location tonight.
