Bidrage med feedbackWhen I first tried to find this café, my instruction brought me to a wrong place. If your phone also that I try to explain the instructions, the best I can. Start at the entrance of LL Bean, where the small pond is on the main road. Next walk to the left, where is the large LL-mounted boot car. Next, the car goes to the side until you see a huge LL Bean boat and there should be a 1912 Café sign right behind it. I post some pictures from the front for extra help. Even the food has great flavors and good portions. I got the Allagash wrap and the Hummus plate.
They have only three to four vegan options, but they are very clear! One salad, two packs and one of the soups were vegan. I had the Allagash wrap that was very good and a pretty good size for the price. Obviously it's a shop café, so the atmosphere isn't much.
This hidden gem is a must-visit! The food was incredible and served quickly, with lovely outdoor seating. Despite our initial reservations from other reviews, we were pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend stopping by for a delicious lunch.
Service was fast, the food is high quality, we loved it. The sandwich with gluten-free bread was delicious!!! Fun on site made soda try. We like to use environmentally friendly products for serving (no Styrofoam! Definitely worth a stop while you are in the giant sports goods store LLBean. Free parking.
That was a wonderful surprise. We had planned to stop at the LLBean Flagship Store on the way through Maine. When we arrived at lunchtime, we quickly realized that Café 1912 was quite the site. The food was great and the unique soft drinks in the well were an additional bonus. We enjoyed our lunch in their outdoor seating area and it quickly became the highlight of our day. Very recommended!
