There food is always amazing I never end up getting the same meal twice.! They all Keep me on my toes with the menu changes. Witch gives you a great variety of options to try new things. We got the fried cheese sticks w fried pickles it was super yummy with there homemade ranch. I also got bbq pulled pork grilled cheese witch was amazing. I’d recommend anyone I know to go it’s close to home farm to table all local businesses witch makes the dining experience even better.

I absolutely love the seafood pasta! The huge size of shrimp, scallops, and homemade pasta are delicious I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce and recommend this restaurant to anyone. We ordered the fried zucchini for an appetizer and it was amazing as well! Thinly sliced and breaded with a side of sauce

We had a party of 11 for a family birthday dinner with Mandy as our server. All of our dinners were delicious and service was wonderful. I had the special Salmon with a light pecan sauce Rice and asparagus. My mom had spanikopita with garlic mashed and broccoli. We shared, both dinners and both were equally palatable. The seafood pasta is on my bucket list at The Evolution. My brother had it and he loved it. Those scallops! Just one minor item. One person thought that their veal dish could have been a little more flavorful. I joked that it was because they took the capers off. I could go on but, just go and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

We made reservations for Valentine’s Day! This was our first time visiting and we can’t wait to come back! Everything was great! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and our server Heidi was awesome! Glad to have a great restaurant close to home!!!

Food is very good, friendly servers and I love when they have wine pairing events I have tried things I have never had due to how this chef prepares it. When food is prepared properly, it certainly makes a difference; and that is what you get here.
