Bidrage med feedback2nd time in a row I got a pick up salad with black rotten avocado. They must have new employees there who just don't care about service. There are many paneras in the area, so don't waste your time and money here.
What can you say about Panera, soups and sandwiches and don't forget the soups, it's just a little pricey but not bad.
It took every long to get a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, honestly the cream cheese was tasteless and the coffee was very weak. Definitely wasn?t a fan of this place
I placed my order for curbside. The Panera system notifies you as the order goes through the process. I get a notification that the order is ready and to check in if I haven't already at 2:41pm. I was at the store when I placed the order as I was doingwork. The store was very slow at that time and no new customers had walked in from when I arrived at 2:20pm. I had called thephone number to find out where my meal was but no one answered. Where I was parked I could see clear in the store and I had seenthem bring out the bag and put it on the counter. I walked inside at 3:04(23 minutes after the order was completed) and therewas an older woman and a younger man talking away and they were leaning on an order. I said I've been waiting for my food forover 20 minutes and the woman lied to my face and said it just came out. It takes less then 2 minutes to walk out, hand off anorder in the designated spots that are right in front of the door and walk back inside. The food was cold at that point and Ineeded to continue on my drive. The woman didn't even apologize. To wait while they are very busy or when there are a lot oforders is one thing, but there was my order on the counter that they were leaning on and another sitting in the carry out binthey have and 0 customers that needed to be helped. I will not visit this particular store again. I've had Panera mess up ordersbefore and other issues which are normal in many stores, but to have an order ready for over twenty minutes while the employeesare just talking to one another and lie about the situation is unacceptable. I called while on the road and no one picked up thephone for close to 20 minutes when I got another called and hung up.
Panera in general has become a joke. There portions are not regulated so at times you feel totally ripped off. They pride themselves on clean food while pushing their cookies and drinks that are a sugary nightmare. They pride themselves on customerservice but any time I have had an issue (a tablespoon of chicken salad on a sandwich or chips instead of requested Frenchbaguette) the employee acts annoyed and there is no treat for your trouble , just attitude. They need to train their employeesbetter. If they feel people should pay more because they offer clean, healthy food then get rid of the sugar cookies and thedrinks that have more calories than Coke.
