Wendy's - Fredericton

I have dined at this restaurant before and had a great experience. However, given the current situation with the pandemic, I have mixed feelings about their current business practices. I appreciate their efforts to protect their staff by only offering drive-thru service, but I am concerned about the lack of a way to place my order without causing disruption to other customers. Upon reaching out to the restaurant, I was told that it is a franchised location and not a decision made by the corporate office. They seemed content with their current setup and did not address the mismatch between their advertised Tableware delivery partnership and the actual service provided. While I would have rated them a 5 based on my previous experience, I am hesitant to do so now due to the challenges in ordering and the lack of counter service compared to other fast food options in the area. I will need to carefully consider my options before returning as a customer in the future when I feel it is safe to do so.

Excellent, quick eat. Dave's double burgers are meaty and cooked to perfection. Potatoes got fuffy with a variety of hits to choose from. For a fast food burger joint this is the best. Much better than the McDonalds equivalent. Wish we had Wendy's in...the UK We came twice on arrival in Frederiction and the day we left.

You know what you're getting with Wendy's, but the level of professionalism and service here is above and beyond. I've never experienced fast food served as quickly as here, but the quality is always on point. I eat way too much here and... always enjoy it.

I eat at Wendy's occasionally - usually either a burger or the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, which is very good. Food is generally of a consistent quality, although service isn't sometimes you have a sense that they value your business; other times, it... you see, there's a turmoil in her day. I prefer Northside Wendys, where both service and food quality are consistently good.

The menu is pretty standard and can be found at any restaurant, but the staff is very friendly. The beverage dispensing machine is also really cool!
