We ordered a large triple triple and an iced capp, only to be told after paying with debit that they were out of iced capps. Which is fair, I get it. Fast food chains are always busy and can run out of stock of certain items, but the way that they handled it afterwards was just ignorant and rude. My girlfriend was asked what she would like instead as a replacement, since we were owed something of similar value at least, she was then given 5 seconds of time (if that) to make up her mind, and then abruptly told I don 't have time for you to decide and was pushed off to the side and forgotten about. Even after trying to get the same guy who took our order or anyone else 's attention to get either our money back or something in replacement. If that 's really how you treat your customers, then consider that not one I 'd return back to. I bet they really appreciated the forced tip they got on top of minimum wage, thanks Tim Horton.
Horrible experiences at all theTim.Hortons in Fredericton. The staff clearly hate their job and their customers because they are rude, short tempered, and when they aren't they are simply ignoring people. I was in a few weeks ago and started to place an order. The woman at cash never made eye contact and walked away from me in the middle of me ordering. She was gone for a few minutes and it wasn't in regards to my order so I just left. Tim.Hortons used to be the best but now they are an embarrassment
The employees are great but the late machine is ALWAYS broken.
Good service, app is handy when in a hurry and you order as or before you leave home. It's ready when you get there, no waiting very little GF options in the menuDietary restrictions: Very little GF options
This review is not a reflection of the employees. I was there on Sunday, March 26th. There were 2 people working while one was on break. 3 people trying to run the drive thru and serve inside customers is simply not enough. These poor kids were doing their best. I don't know if this is poor management or just a lack of employees. Needs improvement.
