Taco Bell - Fredericksburg

I walked in to get some food for my boyfriend and was told that someone would be there in a moment. I ended up sitting there and waiting 20-30 minutes while being ignored to take more orders from the drive-thru. They had seen that I was still sitting there and did NOTHING. So, my boyfriend went in to order through their kiosk and half of his order was missing. When he tried to address this issue they literally ignored him. Terrible service. Service: Take out

I only ever order through the app but the food is always good quality (for a taco bell) when I go to pick it up. People behind the counter are always friendly, polite and efficient with it too. I drive maybe 10 minutes to get here from work and my order is always ready when I arrive. The always delicious taco bell Food: 5
