The worst McDonalds in the tri-county region.Why 5 stars? Simple, they set the standard for disappointment.You have a business, and want to see how to screw things up, look to these guys!Customer orders hot food, deliver it colder than liquid nitrogen.Customer orders a milk shake, make it hot milk, extra bitter.Customer orders a cheese burger, give them a pack of mcnuggets!You want to have a messed up order, come here.You want to have bad food, come here.You want to have a bad time, COME HERE!Customer service? What's that? We don't serve that here.You will not be disappointed if you are here for a bad time.

They have a woman cleaning and I asked her nicely to clean out the babysit and she act like she didn't hear me then the little boy was talking to her about a spill she understood everything. So I went to complain and the staff didn't understand what I was saying smh he didn't say hello are greet me no customer service. We need more English speaking ppl and people that smile to greet you .

Almost every time I have come here, they get my order wrong. Today was the last straw. 3 out of 5 items from our order were wrong. One item that was wrong was also extremely brunt and crunchy, to the point it was inedible. Since I'm used to items being wrong here we checked our bag before leaving, and no one would come back to the window to help us. They just stared at us. They clearly saw we were still there and waving at them for their attention. Had to go inside to not hold everyone up. Major attitudes when we did come in. I understand it's McDonald's and we shouldn't expect much, but at the same time it shouldn't be hard to read the notes on orders. It's your job to.I try not to be so negative in my reviews, but this place is just ridiculous every time I go. Will find another one that hopefully does better.

Super friendly staff. Special food order was right on target. A little slow for the amount of people that were there but overall a very good place to stop for a quick bite on the road.

The mcD I grew up with with is so long gone.....so short handed.....to say thank you....I'm sorry for the employees that can't escape ?
