Applebee's Grill - Fredericksburg

The food was tasteless and they took a lot on the menu. not much to choose. hostess was rude because we didn't want a table in the bar. we hardly saw our witnesses. she always forgot what we wanted. the cherry on the sunflowers began the hostesses with spraying of sanitizer on the menus right next to our table. I'll get everything I can eat. at this point I was done. never again!

I usually don't post. but I had to comment. I only rated this for the fact that the service was super. they were prompt, friendly, helpful and made the place feel very welcoming. eating was absolutely terrible! driving for hours at the end is already hard to stop at these food places. I wanted something close to something we would eat at home, I thought we stopped. with applebee is our favorites I was so disappointed. my two girls didn't even eat a quarter of it. convinced things are prefabricated, it tastes as if it warmed in the microshaft. ? we will certainly eat more at home and I prefer to be on the road.

I was forced to give this location 1 star in order to post my experience; when it truly deserves a 0'. Our entire order was disgusting. How do you mess up 4 simple burgers? They were dry and only 1 of the orders was made as requested. We asked for no cheese on one... it had hard-crusty-burned cheese on it. The others just tasted like cardboard. My 2nd horrible experience with this franchise. The Stafford location made me wait an hour after the scheduled pick-up time for a well done steak now this truly unacceptable meal provided by the Fredericksburg restaurant.

Our waitress was attentive and made recommendations. It was my birthday so I received a free cake and ice cream... Which was awesome! It was really a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Great service even with it almost closing. The manager, was charming and warming. Our server, Mike was very polite and intune with our wants. L33 also came and helped even tho he wasn't our server. The experience was awesome.
