Tubby's Ice House - Fredericksburg

While they don't offer the vegan queen more than substitution, I didn't feel like I disappeared. One of the better alternatives in the city.

I had the nachos without cheese. It came with chips, black bean puree, guacamole, pico and plastered jalapeños. It was to die! All right!

The Jenseits Burger was okay. Nothing special. The fries were soggy and super salty. Updated by previous review on 2021-06-11

No taste in guacamole. The one beyond Burger himself was beautiful, but very simple, the Pommes were sad. decent enough if you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't leave.

Had bean and kale tacos which were simple and yummy. They also serve beyond burgers I noticed...so there are options. Nice outdoor seating, super casual and cute and near the visitor center.
