Wendy's - Frederick

Cannot take the customer survey because I did not receive a reception. Even if I was asked for one, I was told that I can't find it even when I went on the trip thru, I had to say hi several times before they were recognized and then they had no warning at the window I had ordered! customer service is certainly not their thing!

There's an older lady who works the register here and she's an absolute treasure. At this Wendy's, the food is always hot and served pretty quickly, and your order is always correct. It's an updated store as well, so nice decor and one of those Coca Cola Mix machines.

Wendy's is my most favorite fast food. It's always good! The burgers are my favorite and the frostys' are the best!!! My grandbabies love the chicken nuggets and I can recognize them as real chicken!

The best service ever! Aya is kind and always, I mean always happy and willing to accommodate customers, love to eat here, chilli always fresh, salad crunchy and fries just perfect! The best of all is the friendly staff!

Great customer service! Everyone was so kind and talked with a smile on their face. I had stopped here on my way home from work after a rough day I figured I’d treat myself with a frosty and a 4 for 4 it was so nice to be treated kindly, ending my day long on a good note. Not to mention the fast service, I pulled up to the drive thru to order and was greeted very nicely by the owner, ordered my food and had it within minutes. Very good too!
