Mcdonald's - Frederick

Happy mcdonald’s, lady at the front cried 855 in my face when my order was 664. every job was wrong. a nice old man waited for about 15 minutes and nobody took his job. the bathroom looked like a tsunami they met. -10/10 would not recommend.

Big mac was a chaos. the wrong orders. it took 20 minutes to fix the error. fries were pretty fresh tho and the staff was friendly.

I ordered through the ship and it took 30 minutes to wait for a meal. it's unusually long, so I went in and my bag is on the table. it's cold. workers don't want to get it into my car and I have 2 young children. never back?

It takes too long to wait for our commands. drive you thru line is also long.

Wasn't our best McDonald's visit ever ... nor the worst. We were passing through on our way back to Pennsylvania for dinner. The nuggets were questionable. It looked like about half had just been cooked and the other half had been sitting around for a while. They were thin and dry. Fries and Big Mac were good. McChicken was good. Great deal on drinks too. I'm thankful that McDonald's brought back the Hi-C Orange ... I'd stopped going to any McDonald's for about a year until it was brought back. It was pretty slow when we got there. And the dining room was a wreck. Every table was dirty and I knew we wanted to sit somewhere and eat. I asked our cashier about the tables and volunteered to wipe them but he said they would get it. Tables still weren't done and another team member was just standing in the dining room staring out the window so I asked her if she could wipe a table down for us. She did. Restrooms were fine. Don't park under the trees unless you want stuff on your car.
