Kfc - Frederick

Their order will never be correct, they will circle the drive thru several times, and do not expect an apology oh yes we know that we have messed up that this place had a refresh in the last few years and it is now considerably hygienic. the huh is boiled properly, but the post-prep is terrible, had Nashville tenders that looked like they just came out of the floor. the other KFC location in frederick is better for light years.

Coleslaw was fresh and good! It went great with my pulled pork sandwich!

Did not have the pieces for my order. Was told AFTER paid and waiting in a parking slot for completed order. Got home, 30'away was traveling, no order had to the biscuits ??

Ordered grilled chicken the pieces were the smallest I ever seen. totally unexceptable.

Food tasted like rubber, after going back just get a refund Sofia, if that was her name refused to refund me rather just give me another meal. If The food has a rubbery taste to it why would I want something else? The cashier Mary was unprofessional as well and told me Sofia wouldn’t give me her name at first so I don’t know if that was her name or not, she’s suppose to be the RGM. I’ll never eat at KFC again so unprofessional and no customer service.
