Crackerjack Waterfront Cafe

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to stay past our reservation time without rushing us. The food was fantastic and the view was absolutely stunning, making it one of the few authentic Bayside restaurants. We visited on a 34-degree evening and were grateful for the comfortable indoor seating away from the hot sun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely consider coming back again.

I have been to this restaurant a few times, but after my most recent experience, I think we will be trying other places. The restaurant has beautiful views, but that's where the positives end. We both ordered the hash brown stack, but it was poorly cooked and cold. It took a long time for our food to come out. In today's current climate, it's important to be extra careful and pay attention to detail. It shouldn't be difficult to properly cook a frozen hash brown and provide a reasonable amount of relish. When I mentioned my disappointment to the cashier, they didn't even acknowledge it. I was left feeling unsatisfied and won't be returning.

I hadn't been to Crackerjack in a few years, but we decided to have lunch there on our 40th wedding anniversary. And we were not disappointed. The menu is diverse without being too complex or expensive. The kitchen did a great job accommodating my wife's allergies, and she enjoyed the seafood risotto they prepared specifically for her needs. My Thai Beef Salad was delicious, though I would have liked a bit more crispness and maybe some extra flavor or spice, like chili sauce, but I'm not a chef! The service was outstanding, with the staff being not only helpful and attentive to our needs, but also seeming to genuinely enjoy their work, which was a big positive in my book. Hansell, the manager, and the entire staff should be commended.

The location along with the best fish and chips makes this a place to visit when in the area. We sat in front of the restaurant overlooking the beach front. There is a wide range of launches and networks at a reasonable price.

Being in Seaford my wife and I decided to look for a local place to enjoy a nice dinner together. The Crackerjack Beachfront restaurant did not disappoint. The restaurant looks like a down=to-earth restaurant and offers great food and a formidable view onto the sea....We enjoyed the seafood platter (and added some vegetables to it. The platter was rich with a variety of seafood. About half of the seafood was fried while the other have was steamed or grilled. The platter was accompanied by a salad and a few slices of smoked salmon. As we ate we observed some other meals being brought out. Each one seemed to be uniquely and nicely presented. Definitely a place to go back to in the future again!
