Bidrage med feedbackLarge wings, great flavors. The garlic Parmesan wings were a hit on the last two parties I visited. I had at least ten people asking me where ATL Wings is.
1ST AND FOREMOST THIS ISNT THE FIRST OR SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND ..I ORDERED 48 WINGS . ..BELOW I WILL ADD PICTURES OF THE GARLIC PARMESAN AND THE RANCH WINGS THEY GAVE ME AND YOU TELLL ME IF YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE ....THIS HAPPEND BEFORE AND I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AFTER COUNTLESS MISTAKES AND HE MADE ME FEEL SORRY 4 HIM, BECAUSE HE IS A BLACK BUSINESS OWNER AND I TRY TO DO RIGHT BY MY PEOPLE BUT SOMETIMES WE MAKE IT HARD TO SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER WITH POOR SERVICE. I SPENT OVER 65 DOLLARS TO FEED MY FAMILY AND WE CANT EVEN ENJOY IT PROPERLY....I SUGGEST WE STOP SUPPORTING THIS PLACE ALTOGETHER ...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE GOING INTO THE FOOD IS DECLINING BY THE MINUTE ! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME ...I ALWAYS WONDER WHY IT IS ALWAYS EMPTY IN THERE AND NOW I SEE WHY ..THE COOK WALKS AROUND LIKE HE HATES HIS LIFE AND THE CASHIER FORGOT SHE HAS A JOB 2 DO ..THEY DONT EVEN COOK YOUR FOOD UNTIL YOU GET THERE ...
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND DON?T ORDER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Was in the mood for wings I had guest over and spoke about how great those wings are in this place so I decided to ordered. The girl (Sunshine) who took the order was very blah not very welcoming and rude. No customer service ethics at all. She was not friendly and took my order wrong. I called and stated it was wrong and she basically said it's my fault and tried to blame it on me saying I had ordered wrong without saying those words exactly. I know exactly what I order how can I order something wrong. She told me she was not going to waste her time arguing with me and told me if I expected her to give me free food. She had a nasty attitude.I ordered the lemon pepper wings and got boneless wings and burnt didn?t taste like nothing definitely didn?t taste right like someone had stated in the previous comment that it was not fresh chicken breast. It taste frozen simular to Tyson boneless chicken. Very unsatisfied. I probably wouldn't have made a review but because of the attitude from your cashier took me there. I gave her a chance to correct my order and she kept repeating I?m not giving anything free or chancing your order and I had told her I was going to write a review and she said she didn?t care to go right ahead. Will definitely not be returning there. I had mentioned to speak with a supervisor and she said there?s no supervisor available. What happened to the CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT and especially when people are paying they expect to receive good satisfaction and be welcoming . Will definitely not return unless they change the cashier.

The reason I chose to try this spot is because it was mentioned that it was in a location that I frequent but I was unaware of its presence so I thought I 'd try it. I have to agree with many of the previous reviews with the lack of proper customer service. Calling in the order to the female who answered the phone and was quite abrupt and quick to get off the phone was contrary to the lack of busyness I noticed upon arrival. She made it seem as if the line was out the door and it was rush hour but I encountered quite the opposite. Nevertheless, I ignored that and thought ok must be a good sign if they are that busy. As I waited for my food, I noticed their business card that said .75 wings on Tuesdays. So I asked, are the wings .75 today? And the lady said, yes, that 's why it was so cheap . I thought two things.. first of all why wouldn 't you want to sell that and offer that when your customers call and secondly why would you say that 's why it was so cheap ? I 'm here to patronize you regardless of what it cost. Again, ignored. Heading home I eagerly, reached in to try the food. Take a look at the fries they served (picture below). I worked at Burger King and we were taught how to make fries properly. So either the cook is not experienced or don 't care because shoestring fries DO NOT need to be cooked long or the frying oil needs to be changed. Then I tried the dreadful chicken wings. I ordered the sweet and tangy and the honey habanero. I mistaken the two because the honey habanero was sweet but not spicy. But the sweet and tangy was HORRID!! It was inedible because it was dredged in salt. The sauce was soy based and it just tasted like salty soy sauce with extra salt. By this time, I called them and just informed again the lady and let her know what I was experiencing and she said, no one has ever had a problem with it . I told her i don 't know if you are making this sauce or using a bottled but honestly check it. Now, I did not make a scene and storm back and demand my money back. But I called to inform them of this concern because I thought someone has made a terrible mistake and that they need to know that the sauce is inedible. Here is the point of this review, you chose to be in the food business. If you are going to make food, make it the best food to keep folks coming back and raving about it. And don 't think that these reviews are not valid. They are and people will make a decision based on them as well. Stand behind your name and represent A+ all the time. You never know who it is that you are serving. First impression is a very lasting impression. If you are given a chance to rectify a situation, do so. Don 't put up a defense and debate. I 'm trying to help you and let you know something was off. Take heed and take action for the betterment of your establishment. This is your name and reputation. It is very unfortunate of the outcome of this visit. I do pray they do better but unfortunately it will be without my s
