Spice Rack Indian Fusion, Restaurant-bar-banquet

First timer and went on a weekend to this restaurant. crowdedddd. it takes a while to get a table. there is a bar front if u want to happen time until u get a table. they have all fancy things like robots etc:. Inside are good. there is also a large hall on the back (Party Hall and they expand it on regular visitors at weeks. We sat there for our eating. to be frank eating was average . it is that we have eaten in so many restaurants in and around icy tree and south brunswick. Non-Veg elements were actually very average here .. Veggie articles were good. paneer, fried rice, manchures, etc. were good. lamm curry was good. all in huh was very average. they gave something like a cheeky, which was in order. overall a good experience but could have been better. the price was also above average: much luck?

I ordered from grub hub and the driver told me he was on location waiting for the food. I noticed the order was taking a very long time so I called the restaurant to check on the food. The person who picked up called himself the owner and manager. His name is Nitin. He was so rude and disrespectful. He told me I am not a customer and would not look up my order or check on the status. He literally said I am not in business with you and you need to call grub hub . I order from grub hub all the time and have called restaurants to check on my order and have no issues. I literally have never been spoken to by someone like this guy before. I am all about positive reviews even if an experience may not have been 100%. And I never have written a bad review. This was just a terrible phone call and I am absolutely disgusted by this persons behavior. Will never order from here again and for me, that 's takes a lot. Now that I look at other reviews, no wonder why their ratings are so low and feedback is consistent. Rude owner. Rude staff. Terrible service. Never again from this place. Plenty of other great options in the area without the disrespectful owner.

I've had better Indian food before plus the prices went up over here but the food here is still good. Service was good and the food was cooked fresh.

I booked the reservation online. I called the manager to confirm the reservation and request that we want to be seated in their Restaurant and not the pathetic banquet as we wanted to experience the dining and not some banquet party. As they made us sit in there twice we visited earlier. But since its father day I wanted to take my dad in there. But instead of listening, that rude manager had just no idea how to talk over the phone he started the call in denial and talked rude and loud to me as if I am asking him for some personal favors. I wish I could give them the negative marks because thats what they deserve. I have been going there for a while and the experience is going from bad to worst. FOOD Quality is even worst all heated up food, Serving is expected to be between 45 -1 hr even for drinks. So who all are looking for the best review trust me they are not worth it. And they have this audacity to tell me we are cancelling your Reservation do you really think I will visit these guys after that? Ha HA hA. Best of luck to those who go and experience all this.

Good restaurant, where we can have the food and taste as like what we get in India. Good ambience and service. Every table has placed a bar code with table number for scanning the menu thru mobile and order in the app. Ordered dishes are served automatically by a Robot to your table, which is unique. Just pick up your dishes from the Robot. All the dishes we ordered were very good in taste, which is expected to be Indianised.Although serving quantity of appetisers is very less it has good quantity for main course.
