Imperio De La Elegancia - Franklin Park

The place looks nice that’s why they get one stars. The food I had steak with pico de gallo and avocado. When I got the food I was cutting the steak to give to my daughter and it was cold. The meat had a grill mark but was cold. Like it was taken out of the fridge and put in a microwave. I tell them the meat is cold and the whole plate, the pico the Ava ado are now hot. Like they popped the plate in the microwave. The drinks are also very weak I don’t think it’s a whole shot of alcohol. For the price it is really not worth it.

The party was fun itself everything went great until they cut MY cake that my family payed 750 for that I had only taken a few pictures with I didn’t even get the chance to cut it i bought customized knifes my family couldn’t sing me happy birthday I didn’t get to feed my parents the cake and on top of that I payed for limon icecream for my granpa that DIDNT get any and it’s not like he could miss the icecream being passed he wasn’t up dancing or anything

Ok only two stars because the place look nice in the entrance, i recently went to an event and didn't like the service, servers where and looked untrained and not prepared nor professional, to have a banquet hall you need to have experienced and prepared server, cooks, etc. Servers were lost, and event was very unorganized, i don't know if this is due to the management or event organizer specifically to tht event. But it was very bad, I wouldn't recommend this place for a special event.

Beautiful banquet hall for all your celebrations, also an Italian restaurant and mexican food, loved it!.
