Five13 Liquor Lounge - Franklin Lakes

I was at a party there on Saturday it was HORRIBLE! The host was lied to about the AC we were all melting. Food was less then ok, drinks were ok but was completely overshadowed by the attitude of the staff especially the blonde lady with the ponytail. I believe she was the manager. I felt so bad for the hosts as they were trying to make the best of it and saw they were treated like garbage. Most people left early, but I stayed and saw one of the men get aggressive with the host unacceptable to treat guests this way will never go there again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went with my cousin and had such a good time. Natalia was absolutely welcoming and the food was delicious! We ordered margaritas, the pork belly and tuna ceviche. ::chef’s kiss:: we even ordered the charcuterie board! everything was so fresh! Definitely can’t wait to go back.

Avoid this place. They charged my card twice for two slightly different amounts and will not get back to my about the double charge. I have spoken to multiple employees and been assured the manager will call me back. It never happens and now they don't pick up the phone and say the manager isn't there. This has apparently happened to at least one other customer and they refuse to address it. Seems like a scam.

I walked in and right away I was taken care of by all of the employees which are very nice and accommodating. By far best place to grab a drink and eat but most importantly being take care of. Highly recommended. If I can give 10 stars I would have. Maria is the best !!!!!!

Love this place! Cool vibe, sleek, upscale and great service. Went in to meet a friend for a quick drink, and ended up staying all night until closing. Bartender was friendly and suggested a few of their specialty cocktails. Definitely going back!
