Point After Pub And Grille - Franklin

On Tuesday at 11:30 with 5 friends for lunch. The waitress took our drinks orders and took them out. It was 20 minutes before she came back to take food orders. It was 20 minutes for dinner. The onion strands that came with me were cold. I asked if they could come back to the frittier and she said she'd bring another order. I was done with the rest of my food before they got out. We waited for our bill and she didn't come back to the table. We finally looked for her and she was on the phone. It was 1:15 when we finally got the bill. We were told by another employee that they were shorthanded and therefore the service was so poor. Even the whole time she was waiting for us, the sweatshirt she wore was blown in front so we looked at her belly button!

First Diner, called ahead to ensure that I table for 20 people at noon with separate controls. Great accommodation and service. Everyone was very happy with the food. I will definitely return and recommend.

I felt very comfortable. The service was excellent! The bartender Ciera (Sydney ? was amazing, and very patient with my nonsense lol. I had added the Portobello sandwich, with a burger patty, and it was phenomenal. My favorite part had to be the Focaccia bee on which the sandwich came. I had a fun social interaction with the guests who were there, and the whole place was just a great mood. Can't wait to go back!

The food is very good and the decor is beautiful. Never had something bad happened here. It has a beautiful horseshoe form bar and wait staff is very friendly. I often eat late because they stay open late

The food here is so good! My son had the pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. I had the grilled salmon, which was seasoned perfectly, with the same sides. Everything was cooked to perfection! The pot roast was so tender and the gravy on the mashed potatoes is the best!
