Mcdonald's - Franklin

Nice lunch here recently while I was out running weekend errands. The restaurant was pretty clean, the food was prepared well and delivered hot to my table, and the staff was really nice. It was really a pleasant visit and much better than I was expecting visits to other McDonald's over the past few years have been average at best. Will definitely return to this location when I get a hankering for a McDonald's meal in the future!

Went on 4 separate occasions, ordered a #3 combo with only cheese add Mac sauce meat cooked well done.Each time the meat was absolutely pink inside, went this last time and the manager himself said he would fix the sandwich, got home opened my sandwich and it was cooked all the way but literally had everything on it when I asked for only cheese and Mac sauce.Would not recommend unless you want raw meat, no fries and just all the way around messed up order.Personally will never go back myself for food there.

The restaurant staff has no product knowledge. I said they didn't have coffees during the breakfast hours. after 5 to 8 minutes waiting the person said niemind we have aromen. the traffic line lasted 20 minutes from beginning to end. a terrible example of what should be fast eating. this place does not meet the McDonald standard.

Really easy ordering on the app I just wish that the app had more of a selection when you are utilizing your points.

Walked inside after hours of driving with my two year old. They won't let you sit down at any table. Because of covid but yet every other resteraunt in this little town you can.unfortunately they were all packed except thus place. Truly awful. Service was slow too.
