Franklin Flatbreads Spruce Pond Creamery

My sister and I went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered the Lightning Rod Pizza. The portion was enough for both of us and it was very delicious. We also had ice cream for dessert. My sister chose the cookies 'n cream flavor and I got the Cardamom Ginger. We both enjoyed our ice cream (rated 9/10 for both). The cardamom ginger flavor was quite unique, with a strong cardamom taste and small bits of ginger. We both ordered the child size, but were surprised by how much ice cream we received. The customer service was excellent. Due to Covid, there was no indoor seating available, but there were plenty of outdoor seating options including 4 picnic tables in the parking lot shaded by trees, as well as a few benches on the terrace. Overall, it was a beautiful dining experience.

The ice cream is a must-try, and the pizzas and calzones are also delicious. It's like a mini vacation in town. As of 8/2/2021, there seems to have been a decline in the menu selection and quality. I hope they make improvements soon, but I won't be returning until I hear that they have returned to their usual high quality.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, with a delicious sauce and great crust. The ice was also perfect, not too sweet. It was cool to see the wood fire oven through the window. I would definitely return.

We travel over 40 minutes to hear pizza. We love it! Best organic pizza we've ever had. The owner is a big guy and we love the business he's set up. It's a little pricier than other pizzas, but that's because of the high-quality ingredients. It's worth it!

I'm not sure why all crummed cripples lately, but I think it's a shame during the kovid that people don't enter, but more forgiven, especially when they have been.
