Five Guys - Franklin

I have been told by many people that Five Guys has the best burgers so I finally found myself in Franklin and decided to try one. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and small fries. I was definitely impressed with the fact grilled onions and mushrooms come on them, that was a bonus! The small fries were extremely plentiful, and overflowed out of the cup. Service was great. Food was served fast and hot. The only negative thing I can say is that some tables were not wiped and the restaurant floors were dirty. But all in all, it met up to my expectations and I will definitely go back!

They had a little bit of a line when we walked in, but food was prepared without a long wait time. The cashier was very polite and smiled. Food was delicious! We always get a large fry and share between the two of us, and believe me, it was plenty! Bacon cheeseburger all the way was ?!!!Food: 5/5

Always a great place to eat due to my celiac disease. Staff is always very knowledgeable and I am so thankful for that.Food: 5/5

Food tasted well enough. Fries were salted a little on the heavy side. The price is not worth it. Two burgers, one fry, and two drinks nearly $40. Five Guys makes everyone pay for all the toppings whether you want them or not. Not is why all toppings are included in the price.Food: 4/5

Okay, I am not one to criticize a fast food place and usually love Five Guys, but this trip was vomit worthy. After ordering, paying, and tipping, I noticed one of the line servers wipe his nose on his wrist numerous times while putting together orders. I assume his nose either itched or was running. I received my order, got to the car, opened it, and noticed the bun was stale and the meat questionable (there was a rotting odor). This will be my last trip to this location in Franklin, TN. Management or supervisors should remove all employees from the food line if they have symptoms of a cold, allergies, COVID, itchy nose, or the Flu. Gross.
