Very satisfied with the food and professional friendly staff!

This is the ideal meal to advance a show at the Smokey Mountain Performing Arts Center. The buffet is everything we've ever got and we're so happy with diversity and content. The salad bar is exceptional, with fresh "everything". I want to see 'cold' plates for the salad bar. The desert bar is also delicious. It lacks plates and spoons. Thanks for offering a good meal experience.

We always enjoy our visits to the Boiler Room Steakhouse! Large selection of foods and very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. Also a great place to eat in front of a show at the theater next door, make sure to make a reservation if you have tickets for a show as there may be a long wait otherwise. Planning ahead is a wise step for such a popular dining place! Even eating in the train car is my favorite I recommend it very much!

Bad service, grill shrimp not cooked. Our order forgot, 2 more tables came after us and they got food ordered from menu like us. Will not return there.

Best steak dinner in Franklin, consistently! Great service.
