Bidrage med feedbackA new italian – juhu! and also one with lunch menu! ok, the lunch menu is with approx. 12€ 20% more expensive than in other local areas of the environment (direction railway station – not direction westend grins ., we are here at the boundary line between westend and railway station quarters, but I see the tridico more in the competition to the railway stations. I have tried this restaurant two times, and as regards the quality of the kitchen, I would say: it is not cooked with the heart and the ingredients are calculated very accurately. in the price is probably also a cover of the rental with. ok, that brings us into the position: inside modern, cool, spacious (for my taste it could be a little less cool. Yeah, that's a 6-track road. what? sry – I hear nothing. is so loud here. is mainly visited by tie carriers during the day (PWC people and trade visitors?! service was ok. Conclusion: new, modern, cool, soulless, ass expensive, flow bands with cheap ingredients (at least the lunch menu . just a few meters further – then there is the medium sea.
I have rarely experienced such an arrogant service and eaten so badly. haabe ordered a fresh seafood from the grill and I got deep frozen filets. have spaghettini ordered with truffle natür and I have covered a serviette spagheetti (no spaghettini) with an undefined mushroom sauce. then ordered a ball loaded egg and I got pieces of so deep free tartufo that I couldn't eat with a spoon. without drinks everything costs for three people on the midday €150. impossible as they do not imagine italian.
The most delicious restaurant wide and wide in frankfurt. they taste that the ingredients are fresh and everything is prepared with much love. I have eaten salmon from the grill and have never eaten such a butterfly fish. my partner has eaten tagliolini from the fresh parmesanlaib with white alba truffle and that was in a distance the most delicious pasta we have ever eaten. the service is very accommodating, attentive and could have us many different weeps the waiter knew very well. the environment is very beautiful, they feel very comfortable. music is played in the background, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. they can park directly in the restaurant, but they can also see the underground station in the immediate vicinity, so seems well connected in the traffic. the price-performance ratio is very good.
My way to the hotel today led me past various ways to get there. Among them also the Tridico. Wait a minute, had the esteemed Guide Nolux recently written a very positive review of this restaurant? So the loan for tonight's dinner was fixed. I don't have to describe the building and the local itself again, according to the really very meeting remarks in Nolux's criticism. I like the clear bright furnishings and the extensive dispensation of deco Schnickschnack very 4.5 stars. Service: Unfortunately, I met the service in a very different way today. 2 service workers, a somewhat older and a somewhat younger master, were in use today, whose views could not have been more different from their work. The younger waiter spread a pleasantly friendly atmosphere. He was always kind and always tried to be there for the guest. The older waiter, on the other hand, radiated a certain arrogance from the beginning. His main focus seemed to be more on order, cleanliness and stringent procedures. The latter greeted me just as I walked into the place, and in the almost empty space I have the most bad place. When asked for another (also a small table on the window, I can take up generously, not the desired, but a place on the table next to it. He brings me the card and a basket with bread and olives, then the younger waiter takes over. This asks for drinks, leaves me a little time on request and then picks up the order. He serves drinks and food, wishes good appetite and has always an eye on me and the other guests. The difference between the two can best be shown by the example of cleansing: When I'm just finished with the appetizer and amanite with the napkin, the older one of the two waiters comes from behind and grabs the plate without losing a word and disappears towards the kitchen. No question whether he can take the plate, let alone if it tasted. The young waiter who cleared the plate of the main dish was exactly the opposite. He stays short, asks if he is allowed to take the plate and asked for my satisfaction. He also responds to my criticism at least partially. Then the older waiter came again to settle, which immediately afterwards also got at the side table. When I say goodbye to him, the restaurant left me a greeting. What he said I couldn't understand exactly, he had just turned his head hardly noticeably to me. He didn't see me. The young waiter would have liked to have got 4 or more stars from me, but the older one would have got a maximum of 2 so I can take 3 stars. Map: The map corresponds to the usual, which is also on the map in other Italian restaurants. There is no daily ticket. Attention: The prices on the Internet are sometimes 0.50 € to 1, € cheaper than they are on the map in the local area. However, I was pleased to note that original Spaghetti Carbonara (Pancetta, Ei, Parmesan €7.50 were shown. As an appetizer, I ordered Involtini Prosciutto (8,50 €). There was a glass of Pino Grigio South Tyrol (0,25l 5,50 € and a small mineral water (SP 0,25l 2,20 €). Olive oil and balsamico as well as a peel for both were already on the table. The bread was pretty old. It was probably already in slices in the basket for a long time. The cut surfaces were therefore already very dried. The olives (green and black were OK. Simple supermarket quality, nix special. Involtini Prosciutto The Involtini came to the table very nicely. 7 Parma ham rolls filled with fresh cheese were draped around a bed of Rucola Salat and a Bruscetta. There were also plenty of roasted pine nuts and already triggered orange carvings. The dressing to the Rucola salad was wonderful, light sweet paired with some acid and some mustard. The Bruscetta, not a comparison to the bricks I had eaten the day before. It was wonderfully pink and yet soft at the same time, covered with exactly the right amount of olive oil and perhaps some tomato pieces. For the Involtini, which here consist only of some fresh cheese rolled in ham, there is no special craftsmanship, yet they have tasted (although not according to Parmaschinken, as announced on the map). The oranges I had only done as a very luxuriant decoration, but they fit perfectly with the whole arrangement. Ultimately it has tasted very well: 4 stars spaghetti Carbonara I've been looking forward to this court since I saw it on the map. The greater the disappointment was once again just spaghetti with ham cream sauce lying on my plate. The spaghetti in itself were quite well cooked and still al dente, together with the Allerweltscarbonaresahnesoße, however, this was only boring. OK, it was used bacon and not only ham and also the parmesan was freshly rubbed over it. But I didn't hear one. As they were presented to me here, especially after the announcement of original Carbonara, I can award 2 stars with a good will. The waiter could well understand my disappointment, but said that most of the guests in Germany want to do so. Well, I don't. The espresso (2,10 € was then very good again. I come together for food on 3 stars cleanliness: All I've seen was really absolutely tip top 5 star price performance ratio: Actually, quite reasonable prices, especially when you look at the situation. With real Carbonara I would like to have the 4 bred so I draw half a star. 3.5 Stars Conclusion: If only the one waiter had served me all the time and if I had chosen something different than the main food, then my judgment would certainly be a yes, would like to be back.
