White Castle - Frankfort

I scheduled my order 4 hours in advance for it to be delivered at a SPECIFIC time and it was still late.

Visiting family in TN stopped on our way back. Got 20 burgers so they deserve a star a burger.Half way through some girl came to help on the grill and Christ alive was she cute.

The drive thru we were in had no one taking orders.....until after we pulled off. I went inside for our online pickup instead and still waited almost 20 minutes for it. The food was good though.

Had missing item and didn't have food ready when I went to pick up. Cashier or manager acted like they didn't receive my online order. After waiting for 10 mins, they found my food already bagged, but no drinks were made. Had bags sealed with stickers, didn't realize part of my order was missing till I got home.

Would be better off replacing the entire staff with robots. Employees can't even process having two drive thru lanes.
