Bidrage med feedbackUnfortunately on our visit our order was wrong and the service was very slow. When we did get what we ordered it seemed like they put very little of the chicken on them
I had the worst experience with this store ever. I will drive to Lafayette before i come here again. I placed a order through the drive thru. I specifically said i did not want jalapeño sauce and i ordered double the steak. The line was long. When i got my food was covered with jalapeño. I did not wait in line again but took the opportunity to pull up with two cars ahead. The woman working yelled at the young kid for assisting me because i was not on the screen. Then when they remade the order i did not get double steak. I called them and the man saying he was the manager yelled at me said he made my order right and hung up the phone on me. Little do they know i am under cover judging their customer service. Very poor and the corporate office will hear about this. You are extremely lacking any customer service etiquette. I don’t care how busy you are you do not treat customers as you did!
There is always an item missing, not done the way I asked for, or cold. The taco bell is useless. Why order online when they dont start making the food until I get to the drive thru?
Frankforts Taco Bell needs more employees. Might as well shut it down. They are extremely slow and ALWAYS forget something in the bag. That's our money we worked hard for and deserve everything we order.
