Bidrage med feedbackThe tractor ride was uncomfortable as branches kept hitting our faces. It wouldn't cost much to trim them for customer enjoyment. The food was lackluster, with syrup on the table but nothing cooked in it. The breakfast sausage, ham, and potatoes were bland and unpleasant. The children's entertainment was decent, but the musicians and singer were the highlights. For $98 for 2 adults and 2 children, the experience was disappointing. The venue was crowded, and we had to pay for water bottles as none were provided. The owner's rudeness was unprofessional. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant as there are better options available. Do not waste your money here.
We visited this sugar shack during a farm writer tour. The interior was quaint and comfortable. We were served a variety of traditional Quebec dishes and they even had a musician playing live music for us to enjoy while we ate. The meal included pancakes, crispy bacon, sausages, beans, and pork stew. The atmosphere was authentically Canadian. After lunch, we were given the opportunity to wander into the forest and taste maple syrup on fresh snow. It was a delightful experience worth checking out!
I visited this sugar shack with my school on an EF tour. We learned about the production of maple syrup and enjoyed a delicious dinner with a taste of Quebec culture. The meal included sausage, pancakes, ham, fresh bread, soup, and of course, maple syrup on ice. The Fiddler provided entertainment and we had a great time dancing and even participating in a Limbus competition. I would highly recommend this place for a fun experience.
I've been there for 4 years, but this year 5 was disappointing. The food was okay, but not so good that I remember. There were some entertainments that represent Quebec traditions, was good during the meal. The waitress seems to be overwhelming. Not enough waitress for the crowd of people during lunchtime. Next year I will try another sugar snack Cabane à sucre . Lower line, too expensive for the quality of food..
We attended a dinner spectacle here as part of a group. The food was truly Québecois soupe aux pois, jambon, saucissons, pommes de terre, crèpes, cornichons and a whole lot of syrup d'érable! Miam! But the best part was the live music, both...traditional and classic rock. The trio, consisting of dad, son and friend were great. Loved the 15 yr old singer!! We danced the night away!
